- 1 onion
- 180 g frozen peas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- A little millet flour (or other)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
👨🍳 Preparation Steps
- In a saucepan, cook the millet in 400ml of water, covered, over medium heat, until the water is absorbed.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.
- In a pan, cook the onion in a little olive oil for about ten minutes, then add the garlic and peas.
- Pour this mixture into a blender with the millet, parsley, Parmesan, a little lemon zest, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Blend everything! Season with salt and pepper.
- Let cool slightly and form about 16 balls from the mixture, then roll them in flour.
- In a pan, brown the falafel in a little olive oil.
- Serve with a tahini sauce in which you have mixed lemon juice, honey, and a tablespoon of water.
